Classes designed to reduce stress and get you into shape.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)

Imagine burning over 700 calories in an hour while releasing stress and having fun! Engage your mind and build up your endurance as you learn the techniques behind this grappling art. Classes involve wearing a Gi (Kimono) similar to those found in martial arts like Judo. Don’t worry about needing equipment if it’s your first session, just wear normal sports clothes.

No-Gi submission grappling

Think Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the uniform. No-Gi grappling has subtle changes due to the lack of grips that a uniform provides. You will see the same physical and mental health benefits. It’s called No-Gi due to not wearing a Gi (kimono), practitioners will usually wear rashguards and shorts but any sports clothes are fine to start.
